We don't recommend downgrading or using old software. Normally, upgrading to the latest/last version of the TZ Touch 1 series would be the best option. To do that, the software and instructions are located under the product on the tech support/tech info side of https://furunousa.com/en
Hi.
Power on after master reset code 4.11
-position lost
-master status; slave
- system ID; no chart master detected
Restore/import from files went wrong.
Pff, what to do?

Was the software installed on the second screen or primary TZT14? What version of software did the TZT14 have prior to v4.11? Are both TZT14s connected via NMEA2000 and Ethernet?
Hi. Sorry, I messed up. SecundaryTZT14 is dead, disconnected and deinstalled now. I installed the v4.11 on the primary TZT14 prior it was v6.03.
So, only 1 TZT14 with v4.11 This is the originl situation when I bought the boat and I want to have everything running now on the boat as it was before and maybe later upgrade to the v6.03

Hoe to proceed?
For position lost, ensure Menu-Initial Setup-Data Sources are set properly (i.e. Position, COG/SOG, Magnetic Variation and Date/Time are set to your GPS antenna...maybe GP330B)
If this is the primary, ensure Chart Master Device is set to ON at the bottom of the Initial Setup menu. This should fix the "master status; slave" and "system ID; no chart master detected"
