Hello everybody , i am a service enginer facing problems with GP-7000F Furuno chartplotter , the updating procedure via sd card failed,now i face problems issue to bring at life the GP-7000F,after consulting with other tech collegues i need to bring it back on work the following master program tool CTOOL_E.EXE to create SD Master card and install program , or via comport with Furuno tool up_boot. bat.
If any collegue can bring help to me will be big support .

Dear Johnny Electron , i tried to load GP7000F Software version 1451722-03.05 , with 32Mb SD Card thru BN-SDCM_WIN_UTIL_V100 tool USB 3. CPRM and update failed , now it just beeps constantly , bought on ebay MAX SOFTWARE UPGRADE AND WWB SD CARD 64Mb and no success.

Depending on the current software version (which you haven't said) the unit can only use 2GB and smaller. Older versions of software would only support a maximum of 1GB. You can NOT use 32GB in any GP7000(f) regardless of version.
 
It is rare to find someone with that small of a memory card. I am surprised the programming fits. If it does, then it should work but you have to step upgrade the unit depending on what software is currently at. You can't for example take a version 1 unit and program current software. You must first upgrade to version 2, then you can install version 3.
 
Yep u correct Johnny Electron , that is right and Furuno Update procedure that describe . I did all in regular to the instruction set . Now to fix this problem i need CTOOL_E.EXE and up_boot. bat program tools.
