Furuno 526tid-hdn with fcv800

Quick question, my boat currently has a 526tid-hdn transducer installed. I was wondering if the transducer is compatible with the fcv800 using the mb-1100 matching box? Thanks

The Airmar matching box would be the most appropriate, but yes when matching box is used it becomes a diplexed version (526TID-HDD) which is compatible.

You might try calling Airmar or Gemeco about their products. Here is the one they have for use with the mix and match transducers. They should also have one that comes with the Furuno 10 pin that you can wire into. They know their products the best so it is best that you speak with them. When matching Airmar the Airmar matching boxes tend to be better. When matching Furuno transducers, then the MB1100 works best.
