FSV 24 User Program can't be Saved

I need help on this one.

Whenever we try to save our User Program Settings, it will always return to its Default Settings. We already checked the Operations Manual of this Sonar and contacted our local distributor of Furuno Products, they can't find any solution on our problem. They told us to study the manuals of this sonar.

This problem is running for a long time now and it's causing us inconvenience specially on our operations.
