Flush mount plate for pilot hole install

The tztl12f_15f_installation_manual indicates that a Flush mount plate for pilot hole install is include with the unit.
I just received my new TZTL15F and cannot find an included Flush mount plate for the pilot hole install.
Am I missing something.

The template is a piece of paper that is usually folded up with the manuals and other papers work. If you cant find it let us know.

If you purchased from Furuno USA, this mounting plate isn't used/needed. The cutout template you have in the box should end with "A" and matches an installation without the extra panel. Furuno USA determined that panel wasn't needed and the install looks neater. IF you are a Furuno USA customer and wish to use this additional panel (Using cutout template ending in "B"), you can contact our support and we can arrange for you to get one.

I am confused then, with out the flush plate what secures the Display to the console/dash.
I do not like the way the flush mount fixtures that come with the display are made and believe over time vibration will make the come loose. That is why I wanted to use the flush mount plate kit

I have 2 TZT2 12" units installed in my center console for more than a year. Over 200 hours and many Bahamas crossings later, they have not moved one millimeter. The clamps work fine but don't over-tighten them.
