Firmware update to allow TZMaps to work on TZT2BB??

I recently upgraded my Timezero Navigator desktop to the new and improved version 5 and purchased the new TZMaps. Previously with TZ Navigator 4 when I purchased MapMedia charts for the TZ they would work on my TZT2BB also. I wasn't able to get the TZMaps to show up on my TZT2BB so I reached out to TZ tech support and they indicated it wasn't a licensing issue but a firmware update needed by Furuno. They said the Furuno MFD's couldn't read the TZMap charts until a firmware update was done. Any idea when we can expect such a firmware update?

By the way, the new TZMap charts include a lot of new features and are well worth the update but not if I can't use on my TZT2BB.

We haven't heard when or if the newer types of maps are coming to the MFDs. If you still desire the cross licencing of charts between both systems you must purchase the MM3 version of the charts that will run on both systems.
