There may be instrumentation you could add to your filter system that would allow for a remote display at the helm, but that is just speculation.
The easiest way I can think of is to install a camera in the engine room and focus it on the gauges you need to see most often. I don't know if you have a monitor or TV at your helm, but if not, you can pick them up fairly inexpensively.
