I just bought and installed the windsendor in de mast and I no data on my screen.

The cable is in one piece till the IF-NMEAFI

image.jpgThe FI-NMEA is connected on the junction box. I can see iron the display as IF-NMEAF: 000DC4. This same number is also in screen sensor in use at AWA and AWS.

With a multi meter I can see 12V and on other wires all small voltages.

Anyone can see what I’m doing wrong?

Thank you

Go to the FI70 setup menu, IF-NMEAFI menu...select the IF-NMEAFI and then ensure the category is set to wind
Thank you for your answer.

As you can see that is selected so for I know. Else I don’t have AWA and AWS in use.

I did try to reset everything and took everything out of the junctionbox except a display and the IF-NMEAFI.

Do you have pictures of the AWA and AWS display screens that aren't showing data? If you do, please provide. Also, do you know what version of software is in the FI70? Can see it on boot up or in Menu-System-Diagnostic and select self-test

Everything looks good. I noticed that you said the cable from the FI5001 (wind sensor) to the IF-NMEAFI was one piece. Just to clarify, the cable at the FI5001 is connected to its pigtail using the connectors (one from FI5001 and other on cable to IF-NMEAFI), right?

If the answer is yes, this should be working without any settings being done in the FI70 (other than changing category in IF-NMEAFI which you already did). It would most likely be a problem with the NMEA2000 backbone. If that checks good, then a problem with the IF-NMEAFI or FI5001.

Yes that is right. I didn’t make a connecting jet at the mast.

All other data is coming in from all other devices.

The only thing that is impossible to check is the IF-NMEAFI.

Thanks for your answers.
