I'm having trouble with speed over water is not reading on fcv588 the temperature show but no speed I have a 525STID-pwd transducers thanks

The paddlewheel most likely is broken or fouled. Have you check the paddlewheel insert of the transducer?

I don't think its broken its new and the boat only been out on water twice thanks

If the paddle wheel is backwards the pickups won't function. The pickups inside the transducer only work one direction. If new; I suspect the wheel is turned the wrong direction. Water pressure should hit the flat part of the wheel not the rounded back side. I would recommend inspection of the wheel mounting. When it is out of the water you should be able to push it/spin it and have water speed reflect.
