FCV 800/ Tm275lhw deep drop settings

Hey guys, I’m after some help setting my FCV800 and tm275 up for deep drops. Fishing the bottom out at 350-600 meters for grouper and swordfish.Just having trouble dailing this 800 in. And also What should I set the TVG distance to how dose that work?

I'm only new to furuno gear. But found it very important to set the distance TVG as close as you can to the deep your fishing or it will affect the gain to much and not have enough adjustment. That's about all I can help you with as I'm still working it out myself.
