I have a 23ft Fiberglass boat in Brazil. I am looking for a sonar that can id bottom and fish between 300 and 700 FT. Would a FCV 628 coupled with a 525T-BSD transducer work?

The 525T-BSD Transducer used with the FCV628 should provide you a depth of around 700 ft. (213 meters) on the High Frequency side, and 1200 ft. (365 meters) for the Low Frequency side, and this should be well inside your fishing requirements.
Keep in mind that the 525T-BSD does have capability for ACCU-Fish (Fish Sizing) and Bottom Discrimination (Mud, Sand, Gravel, or Rock) with the maximum depth for both those features at 328 ft. (100 meters) with a speed not exceeding 10 knots

Thanks for answer. But even without accu fish Will It show fish arches at 500 FT?
