Fcv 588 losing depth range

I have a new Fcv 588 paired with a 526TID-LTD/20 transducer and ot would stop showing the depth once we got past about 75 fathoms. When we got back under 75 fathoms it would start showing the depth again.

Settings are mostly auto.... I did choose the 1kw transducer under settings cause the 526TID-LTD/20 isn't listed there. Any ideas?

Please post a couple of screen shots showing both frequencies so we have a better idea on suggestions for you.
