FAR 2117 Initializing

Hi,
I'm having an issue in my FAR 2117 radar which is showing "Now Initializing" all the time and doesn't boots. Checked the input 220 mains ok and no error lights on the Power board 03P9339. All the voltage outputs are normal. The CR2 and CR3 on the SPU are lit up constantly but the CR4, CR5 and CR8 are off. Any idea?
