Exchanging data between GP30 units

I have two GP30 units and want to use one unit in the cockpit and one in the salon.

Is it possible to connect both so that data can be shared among them? Meaning, if I enter GPS coordinates in one unit, they can be accessed in the other one as well. If I running a course along a set of GPS coordinates in one unit, I can follow this in the unit as well.

No the design doesn't allow for that. These are standalone GPS units. They do not accept external data other than to take waypoints sent by RS232 level NMEA as described in the manual.
