Hi, if I have an iPad and a Bi-Directional NMEA-WiFi bridge both connected to the DRS4W, can the Bridge pass NMEA sentences to the iPad? And can the iPad then send NMEA sentences back to the Bridge?
The Bridge has it's NMEA input connected to a plotter as the source of AIS, wind, depth, location etc, the data needs to get to the iPad for consumption by iSailor. The Bridge's output is connected to an autopilot, hence the reason I want NMEA sentences to be able to be passed back from the iPad.
So, in a nutshel, does the DRS4W act as a router albeit limited to 2 clients.
