Display will not Power on

The fuses look good and there is power going to the unit.

This happened after I pulled the nav card (during power off), and reinstalled at a later date.

Are there any problem solving or reset methods I can try before taking in for service?

It isn't clear to me exactly what the symptoms are but if it is not powering on with everything disconnected, including your chart card; I would recommend letting your dealer evaluate it.
