Display 1835 not coming on

Hi
once turn on the display 1835, the fan is coming on but no beep, no back-light.
checked the voltages as per service manual and found all present. the voltage on 03P9474 SPU pcb TP1 CONFIG N is showing 3.2V.
please advice
also kindly i need the latest software + usb driver for the same.

If not beeping; which comes from the main bios of the main board, the unit has a serious problem and should be sent in for repair evaluation. I would ensure input power polarity is correct with suitable input power. If good input power is connected and not coming ON it needs to be evaluated by a qualified tech with available spares. It sounds like the power or main board.

If the bios is blown software will not load. The 1835 has no user installable software. If not getting a beep upon power on, the bios and blown or the power is bad to the main board. It needs to be sent in for repair evaluation or visit a dealer that has some spares.
