DFF3 losing bottom running

New poster here. I have a new to me Jupiter that came with TZtouch 2's and DFF3 transducer. I have figured out some settings on it but I can not get it dialed in where it constantly reads while running. It is very spotty, the depth will blink every so often but I do not feel like it ever picks up structure while running. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Can you post some photos? Our acoustic guys are good at seeing if it is a performance issue or a turbulence issue. I normally recommend photos of dual freq so both sides are seen at diffrent water depths.
