dff1 conection

Hello all,if my dff1 is conected to a regular hub will the power always be "on" to the dff1 since the dff1 is conected to it's own powers supply.Is the power on/off "not in sinc" with MFD8 because I am not using furunos hub ? Thanks for any replies,Brian

For the NavNet 3D, a normal hub/switch is okay to use as long as you only have one MFD in your system. When using a normal hub, the DFF1 MODE switches will be configured like a Vx2 system is. (DOWN, UP, UP, DOWN) Normally, when using power sync (using HUB101, BBWX2 or direct network connection) you will put the DFF1 into NN3D mode (ALL UP).
