DFF-3D-B54 Transducer constant reset issue

Hi Guys.....Hopefully someone may have a suggestion about this issue with the 3D Sonar.

I have the DFF-3D / B54 transducer / TZT2.

The problem I have is the 3D sounder history is randomly (but constantly..maybe every 3-4 min) disappearing.

The 3D Image goes blank (along with depth) and then slowly resets and starts again...Almost like a reboot of the info (not a reboot of the TZT2.

Very frustrating if you have just discovered something (Reef/wreck/fish) as you can imagine by the time it has 'reset again' what you may have found has gone!

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Do you think you can post a short video link of what you are seeing? Maybe with a split screen showing the 3D history and the normal down sounder at the same time? I don't think we fully understand; so not sure where to point you.
