DFF-1 Upgrade

Hi,

I'm getting 2 different answers to this question and would like to get it clarified before I buy a new unit.

I currently have a Navnet 3D, DFF-1 sounder with an Airman B744V with 2 MFD 12 " screens.

I would like to upgrade to the new DFF-1 chirp sounder and a new transducer. Is this possible with my system ? Any suggestions as to a good transducer if I can do this ?

Yes, the DFF1-UHD is compatible with the NAVnet 3D systems that have v2.11 software or higher. Transducers that we recommend can be selected from the list on the product page under Accessories. Here's a link: https://furunousa.com/en/products/dff1-uhd

Thank you for your help. Is the software something I can get from Furuno ? My Navnet 3D was purchased in 2011 with my new boat
