Looking for some help putting our company logo on the splash screen of a tz3
I talked to tech support on the phone, He told me i need to save the picture as a png file, then create a folder named tztcustomsplashscreen on my usb stick, then put my usb stick in the unit and power it on. There it would come up with the option to select what picture to use.
The plotter is not seeing the file. It wont come up automatically, there is nothing when i go to the files page.
What am i doing wrong here??
