convert data from 1900 to t14

I have been given the task to get the old waypoint, routes etc from the old boat to the new boat. The old Jupiter has a 1900c/nt the new boat has a TZT14.

I have the cable and can download the data from the old unit. I just am unsure how to convert the data before i upload it to the SD card for the new unit.

Any help?
