Connect my RADAR to my PC

Hello World,
I have a question if you can help me please...
I do have a RADAR and this is the informations about it:
Model 1832
TYPE RDP - 118
INPUT 12 - 32 VDC
SER.NO. 4315 - 2075

Now my question is the following : How can I connect it to my laptop? I'm ready to buy a special cable or system to figure it out.

I am sorry to say that there is no way to connect your 1832 to your PC.
