code for unlocked charts to NN3D

Hello,
I bought an 8 inch NN3D used on which I installed a Navionics SDV33P01VMAP05 cartography and SDV33P02VMAP05 (MEDITERRANEAN SEA). The charts turns out to be unlocked with a code that should be retrieved from the internet based on my user ID. On the monitor I read that my user ID has expired and I can not register my ID on the Furuno website to obtain the unlock codes. How should I unlock the Navionics cartography I uploaded?

Contact your local Furuno distributor and give them your system ID# and the chart numbers you listed. They will be able to issue unlock codes once payment is confirmed.
