They are not willing to share the exact specifics on the transducer other than I noticed they talked on the Side-Scan FAQ that it is about 4 degrees. Being it is CHIRP, it isn't huge power needed to do what it does. It is about 150 watts out each side.

Upon reading the Furuno CHIRP sidescan FAQ, it appears the sidescan transducer vertical beamwidth is 40 degrees wide centered 20 degrees from the surface of the water (see FAQ question 24).
