Chirp Sidescan Transducer Specs

What are the specifications for the new CHIRP Sidescan Transducers (beam width in both directions, location of beam center, power rating)? Thanks.

They are not willing to share the exact specifics on the transducer other than I noticed they talked on the Side-Scan FAQ that it is about 4 degrees. Being it is CHIRP, it isn't huge power needed to do what it does. It is about 150 watts out each side.

I don't see how 4 degrees in the vertical plane can possibly be correct... Seems way too small to serve the sidescan function...

Upon reading the Furuno CHIRP sidescan FAQ, it appears the sidescan transducer vertical beamwidth is 40 degrees wide centered 20 degrees from the surface of the water (see FAQ question 24).
