What are the most detailed charts for depth contour lines in the San Francisco Bay and delta for nav net 3d?

For that area using the NN3D I would recommend the C-map bathy data. (pn MM3-FNA-024) You can buy it from your dealer or You get this chart free right now when ordering the C-map Navigational chart for the same area. (MM3-VNA-024) Recently they are providing both charts when the Navigation chart is ordered. Attached is an bit an example using my TZT2 showing the C-map bathy for the bay.
