chartmaster problem

I have a TZT2-15F as chartmaster at the chart table and a TZT2-12F as slave at the steering stand.
The 15F failed and was replaced. I got new unlock codes for the new SYS-ID on the 15F. The 12F still uses the original SYS-ID of the former 15F so I cannot use the charts on the 12F anymore as the 12F refuses to reed the new SYS-ID of the 15F.
All other functions like radar DFF FAX30 etc are OK.
What do I need to do to force this stubborn 12F to reed the new SYS-ID on the 15F. Factory reset etc have all been tried. Dealer cannot find a solution.

Have you turned off the chartmaster in the TZTL12F? Only one MFD in a system can be designated as the chartmaster. That should be the one for which you have the unlock codes.

The chartmaster in the 12F is off. In the catalog screen of the 12F it shows the old SYS-ID of the first 15F which was tho old chartmaster.

Are both MFDs at the same software version? Did you perform a master reset on the 12 when you replaced the 15 and reprogrammed the network? If not then that could be the issue.
