Change default camera user and password

TZtouch 3 requires a default user 'root' and password 'pass' for (AXIS) IP camera's.

I want to connect a HIKvision IP camera to the TZT12F. This camera is working fine on the Timezero PC. The HIKvision camera also requires "strong" passwords, unable to set 'pass' for the password.

How can I change these settings in TZtouch3?

(I do not have to mention forcing username and password to defaults are severe security flaws.)

Only Axis IP cameras and video servers are supported by TZT3. While the HIKvision IP camera will work with your Nobeltec; it is not suitable for the TZT3.

What hikvision camera did you use on TZ? I'm new to TZV4 and looking to connect up but having issues what settings etc did you have to use?

Is it still true that Furuno supports no IP camera other than Axis, and the login must be root/pass? Will Furuno ever support other products and/or strong passwords?

I like my Annke cameras, but Annke (like most brands) requires a strong password. Ideally, I'd like to show a different camera on each MFD for docking assistance, but that's not possible. As a workaround, I use an HDMI cable to connect one MFD to my network video recorder. I can only show one camera, and I can't get the touchscreen pass-thru to work, but it's better than nothing.

Thanks.

It is no longer true for TZT3 as we now have instructions posted for the support of the Furuno FIP460.
Of course TZT3 also supports FLIR cameras.

XL supports the FIP460 and many other expanded IP cameras that includes OVIF support.
