CH 600 Hoist Help

Anyone have an experience with CH 600 hoist?

I bought a used CH600, and I’m not sure what’s going on.
Seems like the gear box for the hoist has a stripped Gear,
just curious if anyone has any ideas? Maybe grease packing too tight and it’s hard for the shaft to raise/lower thus stripping the gear?

The CH600 is a commercial product and is not supported on this forum. Please contact your local dealer or distributor.
