Bottom Locked To Top of Display?

Hello,
It appears the bottom display is locked to the top of the screen on our TZT2.

The unit reads 1.8M on the left side of the display, but even using the zoom slider and having a scale of 4.5 to 0.5 meter on right hand side of the screen the bottom is still locked to the top.

Dispaly seems to show movement when the boat shifts with swell or someone getting on and off.

Have reset to default settings, no change.

Multi-family on TZT3 is working fine.

Any idea or thoughts please.

Thanks.

That photos doesn't reflect bottom lock nor is the sounder getting any bottom whatsoever. The depth shown in the data box is coming from a different source. (You can look at your data source list in the "current" column to see what device is providing that depth)
The sounder looks like a unit without a transducer connected or something seriously wrong. I suspect that your fishfinder source (under your fishfinder menu) is setup to look at a different MFD than the one which has a transducer physically connected. If you change your source to the correct MFD that has the transducer it should start working. If not that, someone should test the transducer with a tester because something is not right.

Thanks will check that out later today.
