Dear All, anyone can advise what is the best location to place my transom mount TM54 for DDF-3D for a Gradywhite 236? I would like to seek some expert opinion before putting holes on my transom!!!! I attached a picture and hope to seek any expert view on this.

BTW does stern saver work for such a huge transducer like TM54???

Maxima,
Do you have any more pictures of the starboard side of the transom you can post?

Maxima,
Thank you for the additional pictures.
Because the hull as has such a shallow draft your best performance would be to pole mount the TM-54. If you don't want to go that direction try getting the transducer as close to that drain plug as possible. I would turn your outboard motor hard over to starboard to see how much clearance there is and go from there. No matter where you mount it expect to have some turbulence issues.

Snips: I think you are right and options are limited. Btw do you happen to have come across pole mount picture. Air mar use to make a adjustable transducer mount 8-10 years back, but discontinued. There is no other options except DIY

Maxima,
Sorry I don't.
As you can imagine, it's hard to come with a "one size fits all" bracket because of the variables.
