BBWX1 not displaying in Navnet3D

Hello had this BBWX1 for years with subscription still valid, blinking green dot, unit visible in the installation menu and options appearing in the rotokey. But no wind barb, no advanced weather since the last week. Checked everything, disconnected, re installed in Navnet. I can toggle on and off the marine zone but no more.

Is there a better way to diagnose the situation?

Just checked with our NN3D and BBWX1 and everything is working. I would recommend you start by checking/reinitializing your subscription with Sirius then power cycle the BBWX1 receiver about 20 mins after re-hit.
