Bad transducer

After launching this past week my transducer isn’t working . Quick back round , all new equipment installed Nov. of 2020, 2 - 12 inch TZ3 ,B275LHW transducer, scx20 , plus open array radar, plus the old B60 transducer left in. This past winter I installed an amp under the dash , the only new item to the boat. Through process of elimination I narrowed it down to the transducer . I reset the transducer with Furuno on the phone no change . I disconnected the power going to the amp, no change , and today I switched the transducer wire from one machine to the other , no change . Is the something I may be missing to do ? The pictures is what it’s doing , switching back and forth never locking onto the bottom. The B60 works as it’s supposed to.

On the TZT3 have you checked to see which the transducer is setup under the fish finder settings? You have to select the model no. or it'll default to something else. Also, something to check is whether or not the RF shield/nut is going to a proper drain ground like a ground plate or dyno plate? If not, could be noise related.

The pics didn't come through ---

Hope this helps, :sail
