Backups not showing up on USB

Hi there,

Im in the process of getting my tzt2 ready to do an update and want to back everything up. Ive inserted my USB and gone to files and backed up each section which it says has been successful. Now I've taken my USB stick and plugged it into my computer to copy the files across for storage on my HD but the USB stick is empty... Ive tried multiple times now and there is nothing there!

Can anyone shine some light on this for me?

What size USB stick are you using? Is it formatted properly (FAT, FAT32, etc.)? Are you plugging directly into the white USB pigtail? I've used many different brands up to 32GB and never ran into this.

Its a 16gb Toshiba formatted fat32 especially to do this. Its plugged direct into white USB pigtail...

Don't think I can help you with this. All I can say is that it worked for me. It dropped a file called: "UserSettings_YYYY-MM-DD_..h..m..s.Settings"

If I try to back up user settings with no stick in the USB pigtail, I get 'No item found'
with a stick in the pigtail it offers 'external' and after hitting it shortly shows something like export in progress and finally shows EXPORT SUCCEEDED offering OK.

Been doing this three times in a row and then found three of these files on the stick, names differing in the seconds.
