B275HLW + B60 ???

I am installing a B275LHW and TZT3 12'' on a boat that has an existing Garmin B60 titled element.

The B275LHW doesn't support bottom discrimination or Accufish, but apparently the B60 does.

Is it possible to run the LH, W and B60 simultaneously?

Yes, if you have two MFDs. One can run on one MFD's internal sounder while the other runs from the other. Both would be accessible from either machine.
