Airmar B175M connected to MFD, Suzuki SMD7 (Furuno GP1871F) display corrupted

Need help figuring out what is the problem.
New installation Suzuki DF350A outboard with Suzuki SMD7 and Airmar B175M 20'. this transducer was listed as compatible. The MDF recognizes the B175M and the MDF screen displays the attached images. The chopped lines you see march across the screen for 3 sec, then a plank screen for 7 sec and repeats over and over. No digital depth displayed, water temp is displayed.

I spent hours changing all settings but no help.

Suzuki software is different and they have their own support for their products. If this was a Furuno i would say the sounder is acting like the transducer isn't connected. Please contact Suzuki support for this unit.
