I installed 3.01 and did the procedure to install the Active Captain database. I then activated Active Captain by using my login info. That all works great, I can see the POI's. However, when I try to update the database it will count all the way up to 100% and then go back to zero and start all over again. The last update still shows as February of 2016. I have tried factory resetting the units, but still get the same issue.
As a side note, so far 3.01 seems to be a lot more stable. I haven't had the boat out with it yet, but I haven't seen the device comm errors or the RADAR errors i used to get all the time. fingers crossed that i can actually start to rely on this equipment.
