Accufish on DFF3 and navnet or TZTBB not working

I am new to this level of sounder and fish finder.

In trying to learn it I can not seem to get it to integrate with either chart plotter I have. It works fine as a normal sounder. But the accufish option will not stay on after clicking it and the fis detection beeps constsntly.

The installers did not leave me with any manuals so I apologize if this is all explained in there.
