821 won't power up

Just installed an 821 radar. Powered it through a switch on the dash. When I turned the switch on, the unit powered up without pushing the power button on the display. Thought that was a little odd. The third time I tried to power it up, nothing happened. I checked the board and have power to the back plane. Any ideas before I ship it off for repair?

The M821 is 15 to 20 years old. Although it is old our service center still has many of the parts. It sounds like your display unit has a problem and should be sent in for evaluation.
