711C Rudder Center

I am getting some excessive rudder movement with my 711c/TZT14 and I think that my rudder may be slightly off zero. (I have the unit running in economy mode, have adjusted the gain down, adjusted manual parameters etc.) Is there a quick way to check/adjust the rudder center when I am running on a plane?

Your setup for the center is "Set Center" of the Sea Trial.

Is there a way to set the center without performing a full sea trial?

It is in the Sea trial menu. You must be moving/driving straight when you set it. You don't have to conduct anything but this to set set center. No compass cal or other sea trial item needs to be redone.
