587 display

I upgraded to this unit from the 582l .
My question is how do you get your lat - Lon and temp to show up on your split screen
As it did on the 582l in the upper left corner?

Thank you for your question. The FCV-587 has two programmable Data Boxes that will appear in the upper left hand corner of the display just like the FCV-582L.
On page 23/24 of the operators manual are the instructions of how to turn on and program each box. Also if you have more than two pieces of information you want displayed or you want two bits of information in one Data Box you can select the scroll time for how long each one is displayed.
