2nd tzt14 wont power on after 3.12 upgrade

I recently purchased a new boat and had 2 tzt14's installed. I upgraded the software to 3.12 yesterday and units seemed to be working fine after upgrade.. I shut down everything and when I got into the boat today only one the units will power on... The unit that is not powering up is not doing anything.. no beep.. nothing... any ideas of what it could be or how to fix it?

Check the power and ensure that good power is getting to the back of it. You might have popped the inline fuse, or a breaker.
