TZT24X Issue: CZone Pages Disappear After Power Cycle

Hi everyone,
I’m currently troubleshooting an issue with my Furuno TZT24X MFD running firmware 25.21. The unit is not retaining or displaying the CZone pages after a reboot or after powering the system off and back on.
Here’s what I’m seeing:

• If I go into the settings and add the default CZone pages, everything appears normal and fully functional.
• However, after a power cycle, the CZone pages disappear from the main interface.
• Interestingly, if I swipe out the right-side menu, I can still see CZone listed at the bottom, but the main pages themselves are gone.

Has anyone experienced this behavior or found a workaround or setting that resolves it? Any insight would be appreciated.

We can try redoing the setup per the attached document. note: The settings are the same even though the document is for the TZT3 series.

Pay particular attention to the Switch settings being different on each unit and the connection of the PC to the network to "write configuration to the network".

Thanks for the document — I went through it step by step and redid the entire setup exactly as described. I also confirmed that the switch settings are different on each unit, just as the instructions specify. Unfortunately, following the procedure didn’t resolve the issue.

Not the only one—there are 4 Furuno TZTouch XL MFDs total onboard: TZT24X + TZT16X + TZT13X + TZT10X, plus 2x Mercury VesselView 7” displays (Simrad NSS evo3 7”-equivalent).
