1731 Mark III restore factory setting automatically

My 1731 mark 3 can get target well but It restore to factory setting after turned of 2-3 days. Just thought it is memory battery problem then I opened the display but I can not find any memory battery there. Please help. Thanks in advance

The 1731 does not have an internal battery. It uses EEPROM to store settings. It could be that the EEPROM memory has failed.
