Tztouch9 network compatibility with mfd12

It looks like I have to swap my waterlogged nn3d mfd8 (would like to find a new one) with a tztouch9 to be used as a slave unit in an existing network with a nn3d mfd12 as the master. No radar only chart plotter, sounder and Sirrus weather module. I am concerned with software and general compatibility with these units in the network. Is anyone operating with this config?

If you really want an MFD8, talk to your dealer to speak with us. It might be possible still get one. The TZT will work with the NN3D but the NN3D is the boss. You would connect only the power cable and network cable to the TZT (No NMEA 2000). One of your other NN3D units will need to be made the master unit. If you have chart licenses, contact tech support with your old system ID and the one from your new master and they can condemn your old unit and move your licenses. I would also recommend you provide them the TZT system id and asked to have it linked in the system to your NN3D.
