I’m trying to update from 2.07 to 2.13. I’ve followed the instructions and I believe (not 100% computer savey) I have the proper document loaded on an sd card. I successfully saved my numbers and routes to another card and master reset the unit. I load the card into the slot and turn on the unit. It goes directly to installation wizard and never gives the option of downloading new software. I’ve also tried to upload it through the files section in the menu and had no luck there. The 2.07 software is still in the machine. Any ideas?
