PG-500 output signal sine/cosine

Recently installed a new to me VX2 system with radar, sounder, gps, and PG-500 heading sensor. I have had for several years a Comnav 1420 autopilot system. I have only a standard fluxgate compass for the pilot. I would like to include the PG-500 as a rate stabilized compass. The Comnav computer requires a sine/cosine signal as input. Is there any way to get the appropriate input from the PG-500. Thanks in Advance

You can not get a sine/cosine output from the PG500, strictly NMEA or AD10. Have you contacted Comnav about pilot performance? According to what I found they make a rate stabilized fluxgate for the 1420.

Thanks Melville, trying to see if I could utilize what I have. I'm aware of the Comnav compass or as an alternative they make a sine/cosine interface box that will convert the nema signal from the PG-500. If Furuno made a similar unit I could probably find one used. Thanks Again !
