Hi,
I bought Navpilot 300 2 weeks ago with the octopus pump.
I did all the hardware installation
Am doing the programming or the setup of the system.
Whenever I reach the Air bleeding step, I follow the instructions , when I press the button to move the rudder is gives me “drive unit overloaded check drive circuit,
Any suggestion on what should I do?
Is the processor needs any repair?
Thx in advance

You should never hold the bleed or dodge past the stop because it will end up overdriving the current as the pump can go no further. You should first check that your pilot has the most current software loaded. Then conduct the setup or bleeding without pushing into the stops and see what happens. The pump size must be within the current limits of the Navpilot. If you have a larger pump and need more current then the Navpilot 700 may be needed. If the stops were hit and current exceeded it is possible the power FETs in the processor have been damaged and requires repair.

Thank u for your clarification, I will let my local electronic man check the FETs and if needed to be replaced will do that, do u have an idea of the part number for these FETs?

Hi again, I have been looking around for a replacement,
Can I use N-Channel MOSFET, 97 A, 100 V, 3-Pin D2PAK Infineon IRFS4410ZTRLPBF??
