FA-150 Wiring Issue

Hello we are having issues with our FA-150 not responding to inputs from Rosepoint. We believe it is a wiring issue as rosepoint seems to be able to pull data from our ais, but gives us a message that the ais transponder is not responding when attempting to send voyage data back to the ais. I am attaching a photo of the current wiring and would appreciate any help. The cable to our pc is currently connected to com1 but It seems that it is not wired for bi-directional communication. Thanks!

You must connect the COM1 pin 4 and 5 to receive the VSD sentence from Rosepoint. RD_A is the positive connection RD_B is the negative.
